"34 years after he started the first private newspaper in Cameroon (Le Messager), dedicated journalist, freedom fighter, father, brother and uncle Pius Njawe has died. He was 53 years old and died in the USA, on the “warfront”. He was in the USA to attend a CAMDIAC convention of opinion and political leaders as the country looks to next year’s elections."
