#INSPIRE: CELEBRATING WOMEN WHO #MAKEITHAPPEN - CAMER STEM LADIES [PART 1]
Hello People. Happy Women's Day. I got inspired to do this series because of International Women's Day. The Theme for this year is #MakeITHappen. Is anyone like me tired of being the only Black/African girl in the room? I am in very male dominated profession and industry and it gets works the more years of experience you have. To start reversing this trend, more girls need to be encouraged to join STEM fields and programs. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.

"At a fundamental level, nearly ALL women are natural entrepreneurs - they capitalize on daily opportunities, anticipate and respond to challenges, and make decisions that maximize resources, meet objectives and provide for the growth and sustainment of the people they are responsible for. The exact same thing happens at Google, GeneFral Motors, Toyota or any other blue chip entity" The Bold and Fearless Notable African, Viola Llewellyn
Dr. Joyce Ashuntantang, an associate professor of English in the University of Hartford's Hillyer College, talked to FoxCT about the importance of Black History Month

#INSPIRED: THE CLEWO HAPPINESS CAMPAIGN 2015
Hello people...As the saying goes.."Laughter is the Best Medicine"...It's all about feeling good and thriving for a better lifestyle this week..
Introducing the CLEWO Happiness Campaign 2015

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well –being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
OBJECTIVE
Introducing the CLEWO Happiness Campaign 2015

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well –being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
CLEWO
HAPPINESS CAMPAIGN 2015 is a campaign based on identifying,
bringing out and encouraging the little and seemingly insignificant things that
make life a pleasure and make people happy.
OBJECTIVE
To redefine the societal value
that places material wealth, academic achievements, social status, etc. as a prerequisite
to happiness. Many people believe that acquiring huge amounts of money for instance can
provide us with comfort and thus a sense of happiness; completely forgetting
values like love, care attention,
kindness, honesty, loyalty as strong contributions to bliss.

#WCW: FASHION & LIFESTYLE BLOGGER, MBOLE EKANEY
Hello people..It's Wednesday...And my WCW is my fellow colleague in Camer blogplanet Fashion & Lifestyle blogger of the HotJem, Ms. Mbole Ekaney.
![]() |
Tell us about your blog and what
it is about
THE HOTJEM is
a Fashion & Lifestyle blog that simply
chronicles my personal fashion style and provides an overview of some of the
latest fashion trends (from my perspective), beauty tips, some entertainment
news and lifestyle events (including healthy living). THE HOTJEM also has a
section called STREET @AFRICANA which is primarily dedicated in promoting
African designers and fashion but also showcases anything African such as art,
photography, entertainment and businesses as I feel that Africans are
underrepresented and are not heavily promoted in any of the categories
mentioned above. It is my way to show support of Africa and our talents. Of
course since charity begins at home, I made it a point to first feature a lot
of our Cameroonian talents while branching out to other African countries.

2014 Anzisha Prize Fellow Nteff Alain developed mobile app for expecting moms in Cameroon
Age is just a number -- just ask Alain Nteff.
At 22, Nteff -- the youngest participant at this year's World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland -- is fighting for moms and their babies in Central Africa.
He's the founder of Gifted Mom -- a mobile health platform that provides a variety of programs to moms and pregnant women, including maternal education, access to family planning and contraception services and information on when and how to vaccinate children safely. His innovation spurred the economic forum to name him a Global Shaper for 2015.
